The Sound Faction girls hit up Warped Tour in Toronto this month, and had a blast (dispite the pouring rain towards the end). We promo'd hard and rocked out our charity project while we were there, and in between our work-related this'n'that, we caught a few pretty super rad shows! So here are my "must see"'s for this years Warped Tour, the shows that we caught, plus a few here and there and I know were bitchin.
- The Academy Is...: they were surprisingly good. I don't usually dig their album stuff much, but they have a whole other dynamic when they're live, and I found myself rocking out to it and having a great time!
- The Aggrolites: If you're at all into Reggae/Funk music, make sure you stop by the Aggrolites.
- The Devil Wears Prada: Always a great show from these Christian Metalcore boys.
- Forever The Sickest Kids: A relatively recent band to the scene, these boys rock it the hell out, if you dig powerpop, make sure you drop by their stage.
- Madina Lake: No holds barred with these boys, they will rock your taint off.
- ORESKABAND: If you're a fan of Ska music, check out ORESKABAND, but be ready to dance like crazy!
- Reel Big Fish: More for you Ska fans, Reel Big Fish puts on an interactive and fun show!
- Street Dogs: Coming from the long line of Boston Punk, Street Dogs will give you a hell of a good show!
So check out those bands, and if you see a band on Warped Tour that you love, E-mail Us and let us know about it!
