Warped Tour grounds are usually filled with numerous people trying to promote their up and coming band or a webzine of some sort. Wherever you turn you are always getting handed something free. On the recent July stop of the tour here in Toronto, us of the Sound Faction did a little promotion of our own and in turn, we also received numerous CD Samplers. Once I sorted through everything that I had from that day. I came across this two song sampler from a Toronto band named Teeter. And I have to admit, I was hooked from the first song, Standing at Your Window. It is a mix of pop and rock sound with a amazing. The lead singers voice flows out of your speakers with ease and makes you just want to bounce along to the sound the flows around him from the other four members of the band. I found myself numerous times just bopping my head and tapping my foot to the sound that I was hearing. I began to picture myself just having a really amazing time seeing them live.

The second song on the sampler, Again and Again, makes you just ready to rock out, so to speak. Though I am one of those guilty people who have found myself rock out in my room with music blasting loudly. You can notice in the songs Teeter has a slight hardcore influence which works really well. I then took a chance and went to their myspace to check for more music and would have to say the other three songs on their page, we're just as amazing as the ones on the album. I also took the time to pass along the link to a couple friends of mine in the US to see what they thought. Both of them said they greatly enjoyed the sound and if they came to their town they would go see them. I think that states something for the band after people only hearing a couple songs by them.

I would highly reccomend you going to check out this band when they have their next gig, wherever it may be.

Teeter is a band to watch for!
