Hello.

So I bought this game, Left 4 Dead. This game is above and beyond fantastic. The story is simple, the characters are funny and cool, and the combat is A-fricken-mazing.

The story is this: you are one of four survivors, you’re in a city, or wilderness full of zombies, get the hell out! It’s simple and effective. Who cares how it got that way, just save your ass. The characters are awesome; you’ve got pretty much the main zombie apocalypse stereotypes: The war vet, Bill, the black guy, Louis, the tough dude, Francis, and the hot chick, Zoey.

The whole game is combat so yeah, it’s pretty awesome. There are four weapons: the pistol (unlimited ammo), the machine gun (Uzi and assault rifle), The Shotgun (pump action and automatic) and the sniper rifle. Plus there are Molotov’s, pipe grenades, and mounted mini-guns, which totally rock. The game consists of you blowing apart zombies, from start to finish, mostly is your typical looking zombies, except they are runners, so it get intense. There are also special zombies: Boomers 9exploding zombie attracting fatties), Hunters (wall crawling predators that pin you down and one of your allies has to save you), Smokers (Long tongued tall freaky zombies that constrict you with their tongues), and Tanks (they kind of look they the hulk from the waist up, they are exactly as their names suggest, tank like, they are hard to take down).

There are four different campaigns that on normal difficulty last roughly an hour each. Each campaign offers different environments and different scenarios. It is a co-op oriented game to the max.

Overall, I am in love with this game. It can get boring for those who have no one to play with, but its still fun just by your lonesome.
