15 Song Fall Playlist
The creeping cold in the air, the familiar fragrance of dying leaves, these are the signs of beautiful glory that is Autumn. By far this has to be my favorite season of the year. Spring is glorious of course, Summer is sometimes a welcome relief, Winter is usually hell on earth (exceptionally so in New England), but fall is total perfection. The days are cold, the nights bitter, it's sweaters and hot cocoa all around, nothing short of fantastic (and the leaves.... OH THE LEAVES!).
With this fall comes fall music! A soundtrack for the chilly days, the pumpkins, and All Hallow's Eve. When I listen to music in this season, I'm usually outside. My MP3 player in my ears while my eyes dance around the jaw dropping colors all around me. As I feel my cheeks get red and raw from the wind, the music brings me an internal warmth. Usually, the music goes right along with the world around me. I like the sound to be brisk, cold, and melodic. Which is my current task, to take this feeling of fall and try to apply it to a playlist. So without further adieu, let's dig in like this list is Thanksgiving Turkey (or Tofurkey if you prefer).
